Mr. Santosh Rai started his journey in the surface engineering field since 1966 with one simple belief — quality work builds long-term trust.
In the early days, he worked closely with mould makers and industrial manufacturers. He saw the real problems faced by tool rooms — uneven textures, poor surface finish, repeated repairs, and delays in production. Instead of just offering services, he wanted to provide solutions.
With limited resources but strong determination, Mr. Santosh Rai built Jai Ambay Etching Process step by step. Every job was handled with personal attention. Every customer relationship was treated with respect.
Over the years, the company evolved from traditional chemical etching to advanced services like 5-Axis Laser Texturing, Chemical Etching, Laser Engraving, Mold Texturing, and PTFE Coating. But one thing never changed — the focus on disciplined work and customer satisfaction.
Mr. Santosh Rai still believes in staying connected to the shop floor, understanding customer requirements clearly, and guiding his team personally when needed. His leadership is based on practical knowledge, honesty, and continuous improvement.
